12: Locking Grooves

We're taking things back into more occasionally-experimental, Krautrock-y territory with this Session, a kindred spirit to our first podcast, this time focusing on tracks that feature metronomic percussion. These are all tracks that hypnotize you with their irrepressible groove, lulling you into a rhythmic sense of security. It's a formula that's both off-putting (so. much. repetition.) and incredibly compelling (we're hoping you think it's more the latter). At the very least there's a lot of breadth, seeing as how this collection ranges from classics by Silver Apples and Moebius & Beerbohm to newer fare from Subway and Octopus Project. Enjoy.

Antena - Ingenuous
Fabulous Diamonds - [Untitled] (From II, Track 4)
Anika - Sadness Hides the Sun
